PUBLIC NOTICE | Registration On And Update Of Supplier Database

In terms of the Municipal Supply Chain Management Regulations 14(1) (ii), a municipality must annually invite prospective providers of goods or services to apply for evaluation and listing as accredited prospective providers. The National Treasury has accordingly created a registration and vetting platform for this purpose, the Central Supplier Database (CSD), and all suppliers who intend doing business with the Bitou Municipality, must be registered on the CSD.

Bitou Municipality is proud to announce a collaborative effort with Standard Bank and Tebelo NPO to support two underprivileged schools in the Plettenberg Bay area. 

Through this partnership, Bitou Municipality has donated toiletry bags filled with essentials to assist learners who are in need.

There are individuals claiming to be from the Regulator who are contacting individuals and companies/service providers inviting them to a meeting where tender documents are to be signed. These calls are fraudulent, and the intentions are criminal.
