Re-advertising Disposal (selling) of various properties in ownership of the Municipality

NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting held on the 11th of December 2023, the Council of Bitou Municipality passed a resolution in respect of the adoption of an Adjustment Budget on the 2023/2024 budget, compiled in terms of section 28 of the Municipal Finance Management Act, Act 56 of 2003. 

Notice is hereby given that a special council meeting that was held on the 11 December 2023 resolved under resolution to revise C/1/188/12/23 a section of the 2023/2024 IDP. The purpose of this revision is to include the following MIG programme projects for funding: 

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE FURNITURE FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
