Any unauthorised dumping of such waste materials on this property is strictly prohibited and may result in enforcement action in terms of applicable municipal By-Laws.

Please note, however, that infill with uncontaminated spoil material (sub-soil) may be considered under specific application and subject to strict conditions. Applications for spoil disposal must:
