The public is hereby notified that the Plettenberg Bay Rugby Field (Erf 1893) is not designated for the disposal of construction and demolition waste. Any unauthorised dumping of such waste materials on this property is strictly prohibited and may result in enforcement action in terms of applicable municipal By-Laws.

Please note, however, that infill with uncontaminated spoil material (sub-soil) may be considered under specific application and subject to strict conditions. Applications for spoil disposal must: 
• Be made in writing to the Bitou Municipality; 
• Detail the source, nature, and volume of the spoil material; 
• Be accompanied by relevant documentation confirming the material is uncontaminated; 
• Undergo municipal evaluation and approval prior to any activity.

Only spoil from approved sources and under permitted volumes will be accepted, and any placement must be confined to the designated historic excavation area to the north of the property, as per previous authorisations.
