Mandela Day Activity of Cleaning and maintaining the Mandela Park in New Horizon that is next to the Entrance to New Horizons and Qolweni. 

Notice is hereby given that a resolution, Resolution Number C/1/157/06/23, was taken at the Special Council Meeting held on June 29, 2023, that the Bitou Council will go into recess from Jun 30 to July 23, 2023. It was further resolved that the powers of Council except those set out in Section 160 (2) of the Constitution be handed to the Executive Mayor for the period that Council is in recess.
