Dear Residents

All Bitou Municipality’s Revenue Management Services offices will be closed on Friday, 1 
December 2023. This means that the office at the Second Floor of Mellviles Corner as well as all 
cashiers that are placed in the different wards will be closed. This is due to Employee Wellness Activities that will take place on the day. 

The offices will open at 07h30 on Monday, 4 December 2023. 

Residents are urged to make use of our alternative payment options that include: 
• Electronic transfer into our Standard Bank Account. 
• Various Vendors like Spar, Checkers, Pick and Pay, Pep Stores and etc
• Electricity purchases can also be made at various registered vendors in different 
communities.
