NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 33 & 116(3) OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT: MUNICIPAL FINANCE MANAGEMENT ACT, 2003 (ACT 56 OF 2003) THAT THE MUNICIPALITY INTENDS TO AMEND THE FOLLOWING CONTRACT:
- TENDER NO: (SCM/2020/60/FIN).
- DESCRIPTION: PROVISION OF GENERAL VALUATION AND SUPPLIMENTARY VALUATION ROLLS AND MAINTANANCE THEREOF.
- SUPPLIER NAME: DDP VALUERS (PTY) LTD.
- REASON FOR AMENDMENT: EXTEND THE PROVISION OF SUPPLIMENTARY VALUATION SERVICES FOR 2 YEARS IN LINE WITH THE REMAINDER OF THE DURATION OF THE CURRENT GENERAL VALUATION 5 YEAR TERM ENDING IN 2025 WITH ESTIMATED COSTS OF R338 256 (2023/24) AND R353 477 (2024/25). (SCM/2020/60/FIN).
Notice is hereby further given in terms of Section 21 and 21A of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000) that the local community and affected parties are invited to submit comments or representations on the proposed amendment of the contract.
CLOSING DATE FOR COMMENTS
