In terms of Section 21 (4) of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act, Act 32/2000 notice is hereby given that people who are not able to write can request any municipal official at any reception office of the Municipality in Plettenberg Bay to assist him or her in compiling his or her objection or representation in writing.
