Dear Residents, 

This notification informs you of the official waste and recycling collection schedule for the year, with daily collections starting at 07h00. 

Any changes to these schedules will be communicated via our various channels. 

Should you require any additional information, please call the Bitou Customer Care Section toll-free at 0800212797 or use the alternative numbers provided on the poster. 

Please note that all recyclable materials, including glass, plastic, paper, and cardboard, must be separated from non-recyclable waste and placed in the yellow refuse bag. The bags can be collected at the Community Services offices, 3 Flying Cloud Drive, next to the Bitou Fire Station, or at the Waste Transfer Station in Kwanokuthula.
