APPLICATION FOR BITOU MUNICIPAL BEACH UMBRELLA PROJECT FOR THE PERIOD 01 DECEMBER 2024 TO 30 APRIL 2025

Applications for Beach Umbrella Trading for the period 1 December 2024 to 30 April 2025 are invited by the Bitou Local Municipality, for scheduled sites along the coastal areas.

Important notice

• Bitou Municipal Seasonal Beach Umbrella Project is a seasonal job creation initiative for unemployed people.
• The Municipality does not charge any rental/trading fee as it is a temporary job creation initiative
• Traders must be willing to trade 7 days per week if weather permits.
• Daily trading hours are 08:00-19:00
• Transport to and from trading areas is the responsibility of the participants.

Applications forms are available from the Economic Development Office of the Bitou Local Municipality situated at No 57, Melville’s Corner, Plettenberg Bay.
