Bitou Municipality herewith invites traders to apply for Informal Trading permits for the period 1 November 2024 to 30 April 2025, for scheduled sites along the coastal areas.

Important notice 

• No existing formal businesses (Brick and Mortar) will be allowed to trade on informal trading sites. The intention is to create business opportunities for informal traders.

 • Approval of products and permits will be at the discretion of the Informal Trading Steering Committee. Application forms are available at the Economic Development Offices, Office No 33, Melville’s Corner, Plettenberg Bay.
