Notice is hereby given that all Bitou Municipal Offices will officially be closing at 13h30 on Thursday, 28 March 2024and will effectively re-open on Tuesday, 02 April 2024 at 07h30.

The following Directorates and/or Sections will not be completely closed, but will have skeleton staff during the aforementioned period of closure;

• Directorate Engineering Services;
• Directorate Community Services; and
• Customer Care Relation Management Division

The Executive and Management of Bitou Municipality wish everyone a blessed Easter Weekend and a safe journey to those that will travel to and/ or from various destinations.
