Dear Residents. 

All Bitou Municipality’s Revenue Management Services offices will officially close on 
Thursday, 21 December 2023. This means that the office at Second Floor Melville’s Corner 
as well as all cashiers that are placed in the different wards will be closed. 
The offices will open at 07h30 on Tuesday, 2 January 2024. 

Residents are urged to make use of our alternative payment options that include: 
• Electronic transfer into our Standard Bank Account. 
• Various Vendors like Spar, Checkers, Pick and Pay, Pep Stores and etc, and 
• Electricity purchases can also be made at various registered vendors in the different 
communities.
