NOTICE NO: 66/2018

The municipality received 56 applications for a supplementary valuation from the affected property owners. The municipal valuer visited the sites but faced challenges with access to some of the properties.

The draft supplementary valuation roll have been received by the municipality for review. The final supplementary valuation roll is expected to reach the municipality by the end of February 2018. A notice reflecting the results of the supplementary valuation(s) will be served on all affected property owners via ordinary mail.

The affected owners may lodge a request for review with the municipal manager in writing, within 30 days after the posting of the notice in respect of any matter reflected in the supplementary valuation.
