UPGRADING OF THE WATER SUPPLY IN THE CBD AREA

NOTICE NUMBER: NO: 171/2017

Notice is hereby given that the Bitou Municipality is upgrading the water network in the CBD area along Main Road and High Streets.

In addition to the above, the current contract further provides for the existing “shop/erf” connections at Main Street to be connected from the old asbestos cement pipeline onto the PVC-u main that was installed previously.

Intermittent interruptions to the Water Supply may occur from time to during the construction period ending October 2017. Prior notice shall be given to the affected business/residents should interruptions of long duration be required to complete the connections to the existing network.
