Citizens can log onto our citizen portals to access their current month’s balances, view statements and amend details.
3) Account Payments
All pay points at the Bitou Municipality will be closed and the public is encouraged to make use of third party pay points when doing their shopping or to make use of other electronic payment methods.

All banking platforms can be utilized to make account payments, use your 10 or 11 digit municipal account number as reference. Bitou Municipality is a pre-listed beneficiary on the online banking system. Proof of payments can be forwarded to CustomerCare@plett.gov.za
4) Prepaid Electricity purchases
The token will automatically be sent to the client via SMS or email.
5) Prepaid electricity meters that are blocked
Enquiries and Proof of Payments must be e-mailed to email@example.com.
The Pre-Paid meter number must be included in the correspondence.
