This notice serves as a follow-up reminder that the draft Bitou Zoning Scheme By-law is available for public comment, as initially notified in the CX Press newspaper on 11 December 2019. For information on how to access the documentation and submit comments, please refer to the complete notice under the “News” section on the municipal website at www.bitou.gov.za/zoning-by-law, or contact Mr Marcel Minne at 044 501 3319 / mminne@plett.gov.za. Hard copies are also available for inspection at all municipal libraries. The closing date for comments is 7 February 2020.
