Closure Of Central Sport Field
NOTICE NUMBER: 189/2021
Notice is hereby given that the Central Sports field (Plett Rugby Field) is closed with immediate effect for a period of 6 weeks (i.e. until 15 July 2021). This is done to repair the damage that has occurred over a lengthy time and to allow an adequate opportunity for the pitch to recover.
This ‘down period’ will allow regrowth of bare patches currently present on the field. The Municipality appeals to all members of the public to refrain from all major activities e.g. training that will hamper the recovery process. Your cooperation in this regard will be highly appreciated.
