Notice is hereby given that The Standard Bank of SA Ltd has become the primary banker of Bitou Municipality. 

The full process of amending the information on all banking platforms has just been finalized, therefor all customers can now pay their municipal accounts via their bank.

Please amend your payment profile a.s.a.p. as the previous bank account (Nedbank account) will soon become obsolete. Bitou Municipality is a public recipient and should be selected on the list provided by your bank, to effect payment. When paying your municipal account, please ensure that only the correct municipal account number is used as a reference.

NB! In the event where an incorrect reference, i.e. other than the correct municipal account number, for account payments are used, a penalty fee of R 181.70 is levied and payable on your account.

We would like to confirm that services payments can also be done on the same profile. For services payments, please use the reference issued by the relevant services section.

Traffic fine payments should still be done in the same fashion, until otherwise confirmed.

Nceda ulungise iprofayile yakho yentlawulo ngokukhawuleza njengoko i-akhawunti yebhanki yangaphambili (i-akhawunti yakwaNedbank) iza kuphelelwa lixesha. UMasipala waseBitou ngumamkeli woluntu kwaye kufuneka akhethwe kuluhlu olunikezelwe yibhanki yakho, ukwenza intlawulo. Xa uhlawula i-akhawunti yakho kamasipala, nceda uqinisekise ukuba kuphela inombolo ye-akhawunti kamasipala echanekileyo esetyenziswayo njengereferensi.

VERANDERING VAN BANKBESONDERHEDE – STANDARD BANK

Kennis geskied hiermee dat Standard Bank die primêre bankier van Bitou Munisipaliteit geword het.

Die volledige proses om die inligting op alle bankplatforms te wysig is pas afgehandel, daarom kan alle kliënte nou hul munisipale rekeninge via hul bank betaal.

Wysig asseblief jou betalingsprofiel aangesien die vorige bankrekening (Nedbank-rekening) binnekort verouderd sal raak. Bitou Munisipaliteit is 'n openbare ontvanger en moet gekies word op die lys wat deur jou bank verskaf word, om betaling te bewerkstellig. Wanneer u u munisipale rekening betaal, maak asseblief seker dat slegs die korrekte munisipale rekeningnommer as verwysing gebruik word.

NB! In die geval waar 'n verkeerde verwysing, dit wil sê anders as die korrekte munisipale rekeningnommer, vir rekeningbetalings gebruik word, is 'n boete fooi van R 181.70 betaalbaar en sal dan tot u rekening gehef word.

Ons wil graag bevestig dat dienstebetalings ook op dieselfde profiel gedoen kan word. Vir dienstebetalings, gebruik asseblief die verwysing wat deur die betrokke diensteafdeling uitgereik is.

Verkeersboetebetalings moet steeds op dieselfde manier gedoen word, totdat anders bevestig word.
