Bitou Municipality LED in partnership with the Western Cape Department of Economic Development and Tourism and Absa Bank invites interested small business to attend the following 2-day workshop:
BUSINESS STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT

The objective of this programme is to assist small business to develop a plan based on an entrepreneurial strategy, emphasis is given to starting and growing a new business from scratch.

• The following NQF Level 4 Unit Standards will be covered;
• Marketing.
• Finance: Manage expenditure against a budget.
• Describe and apply the management of stock and fixed assets.
• Interpret basic financial statements.
• Project management / implementation.

Qualifying Criteria: Applicants must have an existing small business.
Date: Thursday 7 September 2017 and Friday 8 September 2017.
