IN BITOU

The Bitou Air Quality division which resorts under Waste Management together with their Eden District Municipality counterparts, conducted Air Quality tests in the vicinity of Garden of Eden on Thursday, 28 April 2016.

The testing took place with the help of our local traffic officers. Their help was tremendous and the individuals who were stopped for testing were all too willing, helpful and very friendly. The 36 trucks that were stopped for testing were found to be compliant towards the Air Quality requirements and we give gratitude to them for their patience and time.

Air quality awareness is something which will be implemented on a regular basis, in and around the western province and Bitou Municipality is keen on getting involved in future projects.
